AI agents

AI agents that do the work, not just the talking

We design and deploy AI agents that handle specialised business tasks: they read your knowledge, use your tools and finish multi-step work, with your team approving anything that matters.

What we build

What AI agents can take on

Each agent has one clear job, the tools it needs for that job, and nothing more.

  • Sales qualification agent

Qualifies new leads, scores them and routes the good ones to sales, with a summary attached.

  • Customer support agent

Answers customers from your approved knowledge on your website, WhatsApp or voice, and hands over when unsure.

  • Knowledge base agent

Finds answers in your documents, policies and past work, so knowledge isn't trapped in inboxes.

  • Internal helpdesk agent

Answers your team's questions about processes, tools and policies.

  • Document agent

Reads documents such as invoices and forms, extracts the details and files them where they belong.

  • Reporting agent

Pulls numbers from your systems into a regular report and flags what needs a decision.

How it works

How an AI agent works

An agent combines an AI model with a short list of tools it is allowed to use.

  1. A task arrives

A new lead, a customer question, a document or a scheduled job.

  2. It plans

An AI model works out the steps from your instructions and the context.

  3. It uses its tools

It searches your knowledge, reads or updates your CRM, or drafts a message, only through the tools you have given it.

  4. It checks

Guardrails check the output; anything with consequences waits for a person to approve.

  5. It reports

Every step is logged, so your team can see what it did and why.

Before you start

What to plan for

  • One job per agent. Narrow agents are easier to test, cheaper to run and far more reliable than one agent that does everything.
  • Least access. Give each agent only the tools and data its job needs, with read-only access wherever that is enough.
  • Human approval. Anything that spends money, changes records in bulk or messages customers first should wait for a person.
  • Testing on real cases. Try the agent on your real data and edge cases before it goes live, and keep reviewing its logs afterwards.
  • Running costs. AI model usage grows with every step an agent takes; estimate it at your expected volumes.

How engagements work

From first call to live in weeks

  1. Day 1

    Discovery call

We understand your business, team, goals and operational bottlenecks.

  2. Days 2–3, free

    Scoping

We identify opportunities and design the systems required to solve them.

  3. Weeks 1–2

    Build and test

We build the workflows, agents and integrations, and test them on your real data.

  4. Weeks 2–3

    Deploy and train

We go live, train your team to run it, then refine so the systems keep delivering value.

FAQ

Questions, answered

What is an AI agent?

An AI model that can use tools to finish a task, not just answer a question. It can search your knowledge, read or update your systems and draft messages, within limits you set.

How is an AI agent different from a chatbot or an automation?

An automation follows fixed steps. A chatbot answers questions. An agent decides which steps to take and uses tools to take them, which makes it useful for work that varies from case to case, and why it needs guardrails.

Is it safe to let an agent change our data?

Only within limits. We give each agent the least access its job needs, log every action, and keep a person in the loop for anything with consequences.

Can our team learn to build agents?

Yes. Our AI Automation course includes shipping AI agents with tools, memory and guardrails, and every engagement ends with training your team to run what we build.

How much does it cost?

It depends on scope. Share a short brief and we reply within 24 hours with a tailored plan, an indicative timeline and pricing. Scoping is free.

How long does it take to go live?

Our engagements run in four steps: discovery call (day 1), scoping (days 2–3, free), build and test (weeks 1–2), deploy and train (weeks 2–3). We test on your real data before anything goes live.
